Age Concern

Age Concern Buckinghamshire is an independent local charity that works with and for older people. Our aim is to help older people in Bucks to lead lives as happy, active and as fulfilled as possible by providing services which support them.

Within Wing we run a pop in session in the village hall once a month. The date of the next pop in session can be found under Events.

Befriending Service needs Volunteers

We are currently in need of volunteers for our Befriending Service.This is about visiting an elderly person in their home for an hour a week to talk or listen or both. Over 300 folk in Bucks already thoroughly enjoy the benefits this can bring to someone who is lonely and tends to be housebound.
