Ladybirds Parent, Baby and Toddler Group

Ladybirds Parent, Baby and Toddler Group caters for children aged 0-5 and their parents/carers.

The group meets in the Scout Hut (map) current once a week on Mondays 10 - 11.30am, but twice a week from September 8th, Mondays and Thursdays from 10 - 11.30am. Sessions cost £1.50 for one child, £2.00 for two or more children. Refreshments are included in your door money. There is tea and coffee for the adults, squash and biscuits for the children.

We have a very good selection of toys, hold regular craft sessions and have a song time at the end of each session. When the weather is good we also have an enclosed outdoor garden.

It is run by a committee of volunteers and is both a registered charity (no: 1028931) and member of the Pre-School Learning Alliance. We do a lot of fund-raising with all proceeds going towards new toys, books, craft materials, etc.

We also run a regular summer trip for the children, previous trips include Woburn Safari Park. Leading up to Christmas we also have a Christmas party which is very popular.

For parents/carers we have pub nights, and other evenings out.
